A non-refundable deposit of 20% will hold your spot. All subsequent payments are non-refundable.

An additional payment of 25% (45% total) is due June 25th 2025, An additional payment of 25% (70% total) is due September 25th 2025, Final payment of 30% (100% total) is due by 7pm mountain time, January 1st 2026.

No reservation shall be confirmed until the complete DA TRAVEL FORMS document has been completed by each traveler (invite will be sent upon checkout).

The purchase of trip cancellation and interruption protection along with accident and baggage insurance is strongly recommended by Dive Addicts.

Medical evacuation from remote locations such as Cayman Islands and treatment can be very expensive. Dive Addicts recommends acquiring medical diving insurance from a recognized and reputable insurance carrier such as DAN or DiveAssure.

Your passport should be valid for a minimum period of 6 months beyond the period you intend to stay in Cayman Islands

I understand and acknowledge that Dive Addicts requires each diver to have and use their own personal dive computer on all dives and that sharing a dive computer between divers is not acceptable.

I understand and agree that Maldives taxes $195, Green tax $84, Service tax $160 (Total $439) are paid upon arrival onboard. And not included in the pricing marketed for this trip.
