Led by a professional instructor, this program is designed to refresh your foundational skills, update your dive knowledge, and ensure you’re comfortable and prepared for your next underwater adventure. Open to all certified divers, regardless of training agency, this course is a personalized, professional path back to safe, enjoyable diving.

  • Skills review in a controlled environment (our 90 degree indoor dive pool!)

What you can expect to learn

The instructor will tailor the dive to meet your specific needs. They will use their professional judgment to determine which skills should be reviewed and practiced based on your experience, comfort level, and how long it’s been since your last dive.

    • Communication signals
    • Lung over-expansion problems
    • Review of dive computer

Course Equipment Requirements

  • Basic SCUBA Equipment
    • Students are required to provide their own SCUBA quality
    • As a valued student, you are entitled to exclusive discounts of 10% or more on all equipment purchases at Dive Addicts. This ensures that you receive personalized guidance and select the best equipment to meet your specific needs.

Course Prerequisites

  • Proof of an SDI Open Water Scuba Diver certification or equivalent from any recognized agency

Get Started

Upon successful completion of this course, graduates may engage in diving activities without direct supervision of the SDI Instructor* so long as the following limits are adhered to:

  • The diving activities approximate those of training
  • The areas of activities approximate those of training
  • Environmental conditions approximate those of training

*Note: Junior divers (ages 10-14) must participate in diving activities with a parent, guardian, or dive professional.
